Slow . Flowing . Movement

This class is a combination of movement, meditation and breathwork - gentle and accessible to all levels of physical and emotional ability.

With roots in Chinese medicine and martial arts, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as "life energy".

Qigong involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement and deep rhythmic breathing - encouraging a calm meditative state of mind.


Cost: $65 for this 5 class series. Unlimited monthly and class cards can be used.
