Here is your chance to learn and practice the fundamentals of Pilates and integrate them into your yoga practice and your life.

45 minutes of an Open Class +
15 minutes of relaxation, breathwork and meditation.

The key elements of an open class are yoga postures, mindfulness and breath-work. Equal attention is given to physical as well as mental practices. This combination of movement, mindfulness and breath gives yoga postures meaning, context and value beyond exercise, offering you an invigorating, complete, and rich mind-body experience.

Meditation includes paying attention on purpose, using a focal point to practice slowing down mentally.
